After setting the training date and receiving your payment
we will send you our book for the theory section by email.
This book must be studied before we can do the hands on training.
No baking experience? No problem.
Our training method works for everyone everywhere in the world.
We start at 09.30 with coffee, tea or water and a stroopwafel.

Onze werkwijze
Onze cursussen vinden plaats in een professionele omgeving en worden gegeven door gedreven vakdocenten.
Je maakt niet alleen een recept, maar leert ook over de functie van grondstoffen en werkwijzen, zodat je snapt wat je doet en waarom.
Met deze kennis kunt u zelf uw recepten samenstellen aan de hand van de beschikbare grondstoffen in het buitenland.
Leren door te doen
Nadat alle theorie en stappen zijn doorgenomen, ga je zelf aan de slag.
Certificaat
Na afloop van de cursus ontvangt iedereen een certificaat.
Een goed gevulde shopper
Behalve een hoop nieuwe kennis neem je natuurlijk de gemaakte stroopwafels en de stroop mee naar huis.
